Use a wallet you control. Do not paste an exchange deposit address: exchanges can reject or lose transfers that do not come from their own flow, and you cannot claim from one.
Claiming, and changing an address
Saving an address needs no connection. On Robinhood Chain, rewards are claimed onchain by the address itself, so to claim ETH-side rewards later that wallet sends the claim transaction — you connect it only at that moment, from the Rewards page. On Solana, rewards are sent to the address; there is nothing to claim.
Changing a saved address asks you to sign in again, and payouts to the new address are held for 24 hours. If you did not make a change, change it back during the hold.
